FBC Aledo: Who We Are

South Texas Children's Home has been taking care of children and families for over 50 years through basic dependent childcare, emergency care, foster care and family counseling services. They are debt free, completely dependent on donations and do not accept state or federal government funds. Between campuses in Beeville and Goliad, they operate 14 cottages which operate much like any other family household would. The children attend public school, local churches and participate in extracurricular activities. Because they truly are a part of our family, they provide each of their graduates with an opportunity to attend the college or trade school of his or her choice.
