Hello, we are thrilled that the Lord put on your heart to visit the First Baptist Church of Aledo website! The purpose of this guest page is to give you an idea of what to expect when coming to worship with us on Sunday morning: We are a church that loves Jesus and loves people!

Membership: On a given Sunday morning, roughly 600-700 people attend services at First Baptist Aledo.

Bible Fellowships: Bible Fellowships for all ages are held across the campus at 9:30 a.m. on Sunday mornings. Bible Fellowships are a great way to connect with other people and grow spiritually. Please come by the Welcome Desk found at the end of the breezeway, through the double doors where friendly people will be glad to assist you in finding Bible Fellowships for each member of your family.

Worship Service: Worship service begins at 10:45 a.m. on Sunday morning. Although we avoid labeling to describe the service, many describe it as contemporary in nature. Our goal in the worship service is to create an atmosphere of reverence and devotion where worshipers feel free to respond to the Lord in whatever manner they are led. The service will include certain elements such as singing, praying and learning God's Word. Through its entirety the transforming truth of the Gospel of Jesus Crist is our focus and will be preached and sung about unapologetically.

Dress: Don't worry about looking "churchy", just come as you are.

Parking: There is parking on three sides of the facility, with the exception of the FM 1187 side. If you have small children, you may want to find our guest parking on the Oak Street side of the campus. This will place you closest to the Children's Building, which is connected to the Adult Building by a breezeway. When walking toward the breezeway, the Children's Building is on the right. Greeters are stationed in the breezeway and can help you find your children's age specific classroom.

We hope you join us and that you will prayerfully consider making this your home church. We will be praying with you, that God will communicate to your family where it is that He wants you to worship and serve.
