How many of you love a party, a tea, a banquet, a reception, or a some other joyful event? Most of us do! The first miracle recorded that Jesus performed was at a party (a wedding in Cana, John 2:1). In Luke 14:16 - 23, Jesus tells of someone planning a great banquet. Verse 16 says, Jesus replied: "A certain man was preparing a great banquet and invited many guests." During the year, we will be having several Special Events that will be great fun but will also offer growth, enrichment, and an opportunity to connect with other women. We pray you will make a point to attend these and to invite your friends and neighbors, as we connect and grow.
