Women's Ministry - Bible Studies

Every structure needs a foundation. Scripture tells us that the Word of God is to be our foundation and stabilizing force; therefore, Bible Study will be the bedrock of our "Just Women" Ministry.

"All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the man of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work." (2 Timothy 3:16 NIV)

Just Women Bible Studies are open to all women of Aledo and the surrounding communities. Online registration is encouraged, for curriculum and childcare planning. Most studies have a curriculum fee.

"Women in Touch" - These small Bible studies in the spring and fall are designed to keep you "in touch" with the Lord and "in touch" with one another. The purpose of these small groups is to study God's Word with prayer, fellowship, and accountability. Book fees for studies will be noted. In the future, we'd like to add more Bible studies on different nights. Contact Andrea Nelson if you are interested in leading a group.
Women in God's Word and Fellowship (WigWaf):
Women in God’s Word and Fellowship (WiGWaF) is a Wednesday morning bible study from 9:30 to 11:45. The morning is a combination of fellowship, lecture, small group discussion, and prayer support time. There are all denominations and ages of women that come from the surrounding community that make this a diverse and interesting place to be. In a world that divides us, here, we are united by studying God’s Word! We also offer free childcare. If you are looking for personal connection as well as intellectual stimulation, this is the place for you! Come join us for the study of James on Wednesday mornings beginning January 11th from 9:30 to 11:45. Click here to register.
